The D.Lgs 14/2019 compliance assessment process is structured in 4 phases:

  1. Company Data Entry: Sector, employees, revenue, key financial data (EBITDA, debts, payment terms)
  2. Multi-Dimensional Assessment: Guided questionnaire on Governance, KPIs, Processes and IT Systems (about 15 minutes)
  3. Personalized Report: Scoring for each area with identification of critical points and intervention priorities
  4. Improvement Plan: Operational roadmap with resources, templates and tools to fill identified gaps
